There are several things you can do to reduce the risk of cancer in the roasted food. Denise Snyder, nutrition researcher’s Duke School of Nursing, United States provides 7 simple tips to reduce cancer risk in the roasted food. Always try to apply the following methods.

If you roast food in the form of sate or puncture either meat or prawn insert vegetables. Its can be paprika, pineapple, corn, tomatoes or your other favorite vegetables. Vegetables taste that has roasted also becomes more palatable.

If you use the microwave to grill the foods turn on thermometer. This is to ensure that food is not baked too long.

When burning the food, do not leave food burnt or blackish color.

To reduce the smoke of burning that also causes cancer, lined your grill with foil. Make a hole in the middle so that the fat can be burned to flow down. Prepare a water bottle to squirt burning smoke.

When burning the meat, cut the fats. In addition to more healthy, it will reduce the smoke burning.

Soak meat or fish that will be burned with the flavor and the sauce (marinate). The process of soaking the food with this ingredient can reduce the oxygen trigger cancer.

Use the lowest temperature while you grill the food. If burned, place burnt section quite high of fire source to keep the roasted food does not burn.

Snyder also strongly recommends not burning the processed meat such as sausage, meatball, or ham. Processed meat that can be burned can increase the risk of cancer.

The most common is the pleura (outside layer of the lungs and internal chest wall), but may also occur in the peritoneum (the lining of the abdominal cavity), heart, or tunica vaginalis.

Most of the people affected by mesothelioma are caused by the work on the job in inhaled asbestos particles, or perhaps also because they have been exposed to asbestos dust and fibers in other ways. Washing clothes of a family member who worked with asbestos can also be at risk for mesothelioma fell ill. Unlike lung cancer, and there is no relationship between mesothelioma and smoking. Compensation via asbestos funds or lawsuits it is important in discussing mesothelioma (see asbestos and the law).

Symptoms of mesothelioma include shortness of breath due to pleural fluid (fluid between the lung and the chest wall) or chest wall pain, and also because of excess body weight. Diagnosis can be suspected with chest X-ray and CT scan, and confirmed with a biopsy (eg, network) and microscopic examination. A thoracoscopy (inserting a tube with a camera into the chest) can be used to take biopsies. Allows introduction of things such as talc to obliterate the pleural space (called pleurodesis), which prevents more fluid from accumulating and pressing on the lungs.

Despite treatment with chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery, which carry the disease prognosis. Research about screening tests for early detection of mesothelioma is continuously.

This time I’ll write about whether the cancer can be prevent it? In fact, the risk factors that can prevent the disease from cancer.

Below will be presented some research or research that helps prevent the growth of cancer cells, most research shows that healthy lifestyle is a powerful way to prevent and fight cancer, which are:

physical activity

Balance weight

Eating fruits and vegetables

Reduce eating fatty foods

Reduce consumption of meat

No smoking

Has been over how to prevent various kinds of cancer. Not smoking is the main factor that can decrease the risk of lung cancer. Based on the research of Harvard University United States in 1996 on cancer, mentioned that the parking and Obesity accounts for 30% of deaths from cancer. This shows that 60% of deaths due to cancer can be prevented.

Risk factors that can not be controlled

Age is a risk factor that can not be prevented. Individuals that are more than 55 years is a risk factor of the growth of cancer cells. According to the, American Cancer Society, 77% number on the incident was over the age of 55 know.

is a descendant of one of the factors also play a role in cancer reduction. Due to cancer occur because of damage DNA, and DNA was revealed at the end of the genetic.

Gender and race is another risk factor that can cause cancer.

Cancer is a disease that term is used where there is abnormal cell division with no control and can spread to the surrounding network. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the bloodstream and lymphatic system. Malignant tumor is called cancer. Cancer has the potential to attack and damage the network and cause the adjacent Metastasis. According to the concept of the present disease is cancer genes. A normal cell can become a cancer cell by various reasons when the imbalance occurred between onkogen function of genes with tumor suppressor in the process of growing flowers and a cell. Change or mutation that caused a gen hiperekspresi onkogen or less and / loss of function of genes suppressor cause tumor cells to grow and develop uncontrollable. This change goes in some stage or known to the multi step carcinogenesis process.

Cancer is not only one type of disease but several diseases. More than 100 types of cancer have been found. Most of the cancer called appropriate organ or cell type in which cancer cells start to be. For example, cancer that starts in kolon called kolon cancer, cancer that occurs the first time in the cells of the skin scar karsinoma cells called basalt.

Here are some categories of cancer:

Carcinoma: cancer that starts from the skin or tissue that protects the organs inside.

Sarcoma: cancer that occurs in the bone, the network vulnerable to bone, fat, muscle, blood vessel, or the network.

Leukaemia: cancer that occurs in the network that produces blood, such as bone marrow and cause the increase in the number of abnormal blood cells.

Lymphoma and Myeloma: Cancer that occurs in the immunity system

The nerve centre of cancer: cancer that occurs in the brain networks and bone marrow.

At the origin of cancer

Cancer begins in cells, which is the basic unit of life. Our bodies consist of a variety of cell types. Some cells grow and split with a useful control to make the body stay healthy. When old or damaged cells, the cells will be replaced with new cells.

But sometimes this process does not comply with the normal, the genetic material in cells (DNA) can be damaged or changed. There was a mutation that gives a change in the growth of cells, this occurs when cells do not die as cells normally and that no new cells replace the dead. These extra cells can grow into a network in the tumor. Tumor growth is a network here that is not biologically normal. Growth may become malignant (malignant) or benign (benign). A benign tumor is not cancer, this tumor was the easy operation, and most do not grow again after and was not spread to the other members of the body. Conversely, cancer is a malignant tumor. Tumor cells can spread in the nearest network and spread in other parts of the body. The spread of cancer cells to other parts of the body called Metastasis.
